All goods and services supplied by Prestige Concreting Additives Pty Ltd are supplied subject to our current Product Supply Agreement and Terms and Conditions of Supply.

These terms apply to all customers, applicants, account holders, non-account holders, individuals, businesses and any other person or entity that requests, orders, purchases, receives or accepts goods or services from Prestige Concreting Additives Pty Ltd.

These terms apply to all quotes, orders, purchase orders, manufacturing arrangements, customer-supplied materials, deliveries, collections, rework, storage, credit accounts, cash sales and any other goods or services supplied by Prestige Concreting Additives Pty Ltd.

By requesting a quote, placing an order, accepting a quote, issuing a purchase order, requesting production, supplying materials, accepting delivery or collection of goods, making payment, or continuing to trade with Prestige Concreting Additives Pty Ltd, the customer agrees that these terms apply unless Prestige has expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Any customer purchase order terms, supplier portal terms, invoice upload terms, email footer terms, customer onboarding terms or other customer-issued terms do not apply unless Prestige has expressly agreed to them in writing.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all prices, purchase orders, formulas, specifications, instructions, raw materials and customer-supplied materials are correct before production commences.
